Why youth Rugby makes sense in Vermont

Rugby is a dynamic contact sport that is played all over the world by men and women of all different classes, creeds, and races. It fosters friendship and camaraderie between players. Because of Rugby’s physical demands as well as the culture of respect which is central to the game, an ethos which demands a very high level of respect for the officials, coaches as well as the opposition. Rugby is known worldwide as a sport which is key to the developing character of it’s young participants.

Rugby is a sport which requires little in the way of equipment. A field, a ball, a referee and 30 players is all that is required to play a match. Rugby is a game that provides much benefit to the participant with a relatively small financial outlay.

Rugby is an outstanding sport in terms of the enjoyment for the participants and is considered by many to be the ultimate team sport.
